Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, deploy, and strengthen client capabilities to establish holistic Business and Operational Excellence programs
• Serve as a strategic partner to client leadership, contributing to organizational goals and transformation roadmaps
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational goals and structured improvement initiatives
• Develop and manage transformation roadmaps in partnership with cross-functional client teams
• Coach leaders and teams on structured problem-solving methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
• Track and influence key success measures including Operational Excellence maturity and quality improvements
• Support organizational change management activities such as stakeholder engagement and communication planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical or business discipline
• 9–15 years of leadership experience in the medical device industry or a directly related field
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent
• Extensive experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong background in operational excellence frameworks and continuous improvement systems
• Proven experience leading organizational change initiatives

• Master's degree in a technical or business discipline
