About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent projects from kickoff through completion
- Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables
- Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, Gantt charts, and status dashboards
- Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches
- Track risks, issues, decisions, and scope changes, escalating blockers early
- Facilitate kickoffs, stand-ups, sprints, steering meetings, and project reviews
- Communicate project status, risks, and timeline changes clearly and consistently
- Organize project documentation and standardize tooling, templates, and workflows
Requirements
- 4+ years managing cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Experience with project plans, roadmaps, Gantt charts, and burndown charts
- Experience supporting product introduction and go-to-market initiatives
- Background in SaaS, software, technology, medical device, or technical environments
- Technical fluency to understand engineering, IT, and data discussions
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or similar certification
- Experience in healthcare technology or regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 13485, FDA)
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction efforts
- Familiarity with design controls and regulated product development
- Experience with IT implementations, migrations, or vendor transitions
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, or Planner
