About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage College-level strategic and operational projects from planning through delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving academic groups, central university units, and external partners
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables
- Support academic program development, review, and implementation
- Coordinate accreditation, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance processes
- Manage projects with government entities, ministries, industry partners, and international institutions
- Strengthen College governance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Improve systems, workflows, and documentation to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Significant experience in higher education project management or academic operations
- Experience working with government entities or accreditation bodies
- Experience managing international projects
- Strong understanding of academic governance and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
