Project Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns for real estate projects.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage marketing activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Oversee the delivery of marketing materials and promotions, ensuring they meet brand standards.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project marketing management, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with UAE real estate market trends is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, speaking, writing and reading, Russian is a plus.
• Professionality in marketing generally and in particular: PR, Lead generation, Social Networks Management, PPC, Brand Management, etc.
• Ability to work on large scale projects up to $500,000 Monthly.
