About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for operations programs focused on Extraction & Formulation
- Support project coordination of continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process opportunities
- Serve as central point of contact for CPG General Managers and Senior Leaders
- Develop and maintain cross-functional business partner relationships
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs for CPG teams
- Drive end-to-end project execution, monitoring progress and escalating risks
- Act as centralized resource for document control between vertical team and field
- Follow GMP, biosecurity, sanitation and quality and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years in project management or coordinator role, ideally CPG, cannabis or regulated industry
- Experience establishing procedures, policies and project timelines for stakeholders
- Proven experience managing large-scale Extraction & Formulation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license; must pass background checks
- Must be 21 or older and approved by state badging agency for cannabis industry
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean practices and continuous improvement methodology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
