Property Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with professional market insights
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the transaction process
• Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and industry regulations
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s success

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Strong sales and networking skills
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• RERA certification is an advantage
