Property Consultant

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and provide personalized property guidance.
• Conduct property viewings and manage client inquiries.
• Negotiate deals and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide advice on market trends and legal considerations in real estate.

Requirements

• Proven real estate sales experience (minimum 1 year in UAE market preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
• Real estate certification or relevant qualifications are an advantage.
• Fluency in English (other languages, especially Arabic, are a plus).
• UAE driver’s license preferred.
