Property Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultation
• Manage property viewings, client communications and inquiries
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring an outstanding client experience
• Provide expert advice on market trends, investment opportunities and real estate legal aspects

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, UAE market experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and social media platforms
• Fluent English required; Arabic a plus
• Valid UAE driver's license preferred
