About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end RFP response process from intake to final submission
- Support opportunities across Magna's full range of service lines and client types
- Maintain and improve proposal infrastructure, such as content and credential libraries, case studies, and templates
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and subject-matter experts
Requirements
- Experienced proposal professional with ability to independently manage processes
- Ability to manage several concurrent proposals spanning different service lines
- Proven experience in end-to-end RFP management
- Ability to work with significant autonomy
