Provider Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage provider recruiting coordination including candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and application follow-ups
• Support provider onboarding by collecting documents, tracking checklists, and coordinating internal handoffs
• Maintain provider operations trackers for rosters, onboarding status, state coverage, and credentialing
• Communicate with providers via Slack, email, and internal systems
• Support weekly payroll preparation by gathering pay inputs, reviewing visit counts, and validating trackers
• Document processes and improve SOPs to streamline workflows
• Handle sensitive healthcare and payroll information with strict confidentiality

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, recruiting coordination, provider onboarding, payroll support, or HR administration
• Extreme organization and reliability with a focus on detail-oriented workflows
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, trackers, and checklists
• Clear and professional written English communication skills
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-moving startup environment
• HIPAA awareness and ability to handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinicians, healthcare providers, or remote teams
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slack, and Ashby (or other ATS)
• Experience with Healthie (or other EHR), Looker Studio, or Stripe
• Background in telehealth, behavioral health, credentialing, or billing
