Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric intake evaluations and assessments for patients aged 2–26
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with therapists
• Educate parents and caregivers regarding diagnoses and next steps
• Oversee diagnostic testing and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation
• Ensure seamless handoffs to ongoing care providers

Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program
• PMHNP-BC certification
• At least one year of independent psychiatric experience
• Active license in PA, VA, NJ, or MD
• DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority
• Proficiency in Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms
• Availability for core hours (after 4pm ET) and/or weekends
