Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth evaluations after members complete biopsychosocial intakes
- Monitor progress through monthly appointments
- Prescribe medications as needed and answer member questions
- Complete notes in our EHR (Healthie) and follow clinical protocols
- Work with a supportive team and attend occasional meetings
Requirements
- Full-practice, licensed PMHNP
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in addiction treatment
- Experience prescribing Suboxone
- Active DEA registration
- Active, unrestricted license in the state of application
- Comfort with technology including EHRs and mobile apps
- Private, quiet home office with reliable internet for HIPAA compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Medicaid enrollment
