Responsibilities

• Simultaneously serve multiple emergency rooms, hospital medical floors, and psychiatric crisis programs to evaluate and treat patients in crisis
• Direct and implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders
• Utilize a collaborative care approach within partner healthcare treatment teams
• Determine timely disposition and appropriate levels of care for vulnerable individuals

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist
• Unrestricted, independent licensure
• Established and updated CAQH and FCVS profiles
• Experience providing psychiatric care to all age groups
• Experience treating patients in acute crisis in 24/7 settings
• Experience working with multiple EMRs simultaneously
• Advanced technical proficiency with Windows, Microsoft software, and telehealth hardware
• Ability to maintain a private office space for patient confidentiality
