About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle release and pickup by communicating with body shops, owners, and insurance companies
- Confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain release authorization
- Arrange transport and assist with personal item removal
- Use DeCode This tool to search VINs and gather vehicle information
- Maintain accurate notes in the system regarding vehicle interactions
- Meet daily performance goals including call volume and lot processing
Requirements
- Minimum of one year office support experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills for phone and written messaging
- Typing speed of 45 WPM and 10-key familiarity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work occasional overtime
- Professional virtual appearance and quiet workspace
