PTP Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure AP invoices are correctly posted for supported hotels
• Run supplier payment runs and verify supporting information
• Perform reconciliations to supplier statements of account
• Collaborate with hotel HR and Finance teams to run monthly payroll
• Check and distribute monthly payroll reports to hotels
• Calculate final settlements for hotel Team Members
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations for Accounts Payable and Payroll accounts
• Resolve hotel queries regarding Accounts Payable and Payroll

Requirements

• High school graduate minimum education
• Fluency in English
• Strong accounting knowledge, specifically in Accounts Payable and Payroll
• Proficiency in Navision, Oasys, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree and/or professional accounting qualification
• Previous experience in both Accounts Payable and Payroll
