About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure AP invoices are correctly posted for supported hotels
- Run supplier payment runs and verify supporting information
- Perform reconciliations to supplier statements of account
- Collaborate with hotel HR and Finance teams to run monthly payroll
- Check and distribute monthly payroll reports to hotels
- Calculate final settlements for hotel Team Members
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations for Accounts Payable and Payroll accounts
- Resolve hotel queries regarding Accounts Payable and Payroll
Requirements
- High school graduate minimum education
- Fluency in English
- Strong accounting knowledge, specifically in Accounts Payable and Payroll
- Proficiency in Navision, Oasys, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree and/or professional accounting qualification
- Previous experience in both Accounts Payable and Payroll
