About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle employee-related government and administrative matters
- Process new and renewal of employment visas and related documentation
- Manage company government transactions and requirements
- Handle Trade License and Tenancy Contract renewals
- Coordinate with Civil Defence and Hassantuk for company requirements
- Manage labor-related matters in line with UAE Labor Law
- Liaise with government departments on behalf of the company
- Maintain accurate employee and company records
- Ensure licenses, permits and visas are renewed on time
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant UAE PRO experience
- Knowledge of UAE government procedures and labour regulations
- Understanding of visa, labour, licensing and company processes
- Ability to handle PRO and government work independently
- Good communication, coordination and organisational skills
- UAE driving license is an advantage
