Responsibilities
- Lead four accounts across a variety of B2B or B2C technology verticals
- Guide the day-to-day direction of account teams and provide recommendations to clients
- Make strategic work decisions and contribute to challenging or innovative program goals
- Act as a teacher and coach to establish consistent work standards and expectations
- Work with senior team members on agency activities including coaching talent and pitching new work
Requirements
- 6+ years of public relations experience at an agency or startup technology/D2C company
- At least two years of program development and team management experience
- Experience developing key messaging and positioning statements for emerging products
- Advanced writing, editing, and strategic plan writing skills
- Proven project management capabilities across several distinct teams
- Media relations expertise
- Portfolio of work demonstrating original ideas and strategic communication
