Responsibilities

• Lead four accounts across a variety of B2B or B2C technology verticals
• Guide the day-to-day direction of account teams and provide recommendations to clients
• Make strategic work decisions and contribute to challenging or innovative program goals
• Act as a teacher and coach to establish consistent work standards and expectations
• Work with senior team members on agency activities including coaching talent and pitching new work

Requirements

• 6+ years of public relations experience at an agency or startup technology/D2C company
• At least two years of program development and team management experience
• Experience developing key messaging and positioning statements for emerging products
• Advanced writing, editing, and strategic plan writing skills
• Proven project management capabilities across several distinct teams
• Media relations expertise
• Portfolio of work demonstrating original ideas and strategic communication
