Public Relations Officer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute PRO-related tasks, liaising with government entities, external organizations, and service providers
• Prepare, submit, track, and securely handle official documents for government and Company transactions
• Manage security pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and access coordination
• Provide administrative support including document preparation, data entry, and filing
• Perform official errands such as document delivery and collection
• Drive Company vehicles to support PRO activities and errands
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct routine checks
• Uphold compliance with Company policies and confidentiality requirements

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in PRO services, government transactions, or administrative support within the UAE
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong knowledge of UAE government processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage official documentation securely and accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience liaising with UAE government authorities and service centers
• Relevant certifications or training in administration, government services, or document control
