About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition regarding visa processing and onboarding documentation
- Prepare and submit Arabic documents for visas, labor cards, sponsorships, permits, and licenses
- Process new and renewal applications for employee visas and labor cards
- Manage Mission Visa and CICPA Security Pass applications and renewals
- Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance with regulations
- Follow up with government departments regarding permits, licenses, and approvals
- Maintain and organize legal and employee-related documentation
- Coordinate with HR Operations on medical insurance applications and renewals
- Monitor and update employee information in the HR system
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Government Relations, Public Relations, or HR Administration in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and government procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hindi is an advantage
