Purchase Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requests and technical requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and commercial proposals
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial comparison sheets
• Prepare purchase orders based on management approval
• Coordinate with sites and stores to ensure material compliance
• Follow up with suppliers regarding order status and delivery schedules
• Support various service contracts including maintenance, cleaning, and waste management
• Assist in preparing repair and maintenance requirements for equipment

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or technical qualification
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement coordination
• Strong technical understanding of product specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
