About the role
Responsibilities
- Review purchase requests and technical requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and commercial proposals
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial comparison sheets
- Prepare purchase orders based on management approval
- Coordinate with sites and stores to ensure material compliance
- Follow up with suppliers regarding order status and delivery schedules
- Support various service contracts including maintenance, cleaning, and waste management
- Assist in preparing repair and maintenance requirements for equipment
Requirements
- Diploma, Degree, or technical qualification
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement coordination
- Strong technical understanding of product specifications
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
