Python Coding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios using Python
• Verify logical accuracy, coding fluency, and code quality
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Requirements

• Expert fluency in Python
• Deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture
• Proficiency in asynchronous programming, RESTful APIs, and object-oriented design
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, systems programming, or distributed systems
• Strong technical writing and metacognitive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Real-world Python development experience
• Open-source contributions
