Responsibilities
- Thoroughly test software changes and report bugs
- Create test artifacts including test cases, checklists, and shared testing data
- Ensure product meets high quality standards while supporting release velocity
- Perform risk-based and context-driven testing
- Own end-to-end testing processes
- Advocate for quality throughout the SDLC
- Conduct bug triages and review requirements
- Work closely with product and engineering teams from early development stages
Requirements
- Experience with web, mobile, backend, and AI tooling hands-on testing
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for requirement evaluation
- Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize bugs with clear reporting
- Deep knowledge of various testing types
- Proven success working independently in a fully remote environment
- Exceptional self-management and autonomy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for asynchronous collaboration
