About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct verification of customer software using provided technical documentation
- Achieve software builds across various programming languages and resolve build issues
- Perform end-to-end testing of application features using manual and automated methods
- Identify, document, and report bugs or inconsistencies to ensure high-quality user experience
- Analyze software requirements and technical documentation to understand build processes and dependencies
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and provide updates
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Linux, Windows, and Mac environment fundamentals
- Basic understanding of popular backend languages such as Python, Java, NodeJS, and PHP
- Experience or understanding of database and server configuration (MongoDB, SQL, MySQL)
- Proficiency with Git
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues
- Ability to adapt to various programming environments and learn new technologies quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of development or DevOps experience
- Basic knowledge of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Basic knowledge of AWS technologies and API configuration
- Experience with build tools such as msbuild, webpack, or maven
