About the role
Responsibilities
- Run quality assurance day to day including supplier and product quality checks, documentation review, and consignment release
- Support internal and external audits and inspections by preparing documentation and tracking CAPAs
- Develop and maintain SOPs reflecting WHO MQAS and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards
- Monitor and improve the QMS aligned to industry standards
- Qualify and monitor suppliers and logistics partners through risk assessments and audits
- Design and deliver training on GDP and quality systems for internal teams
- Provide practical regulatory and quality guidance to cross-functional colleagues
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, ideally in pharma or medical devices
- Hands-on application of GDP and GMP in a pharmaceutical or health supply chain setting
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, or Swissmedic) and WHO guidance
- Proficiency in SOP writing, document control, and CAPA management
- Experience operating in lean or startup environments
- Strong digital and AI exposure
- Must have the legal right to work in your current country of residence
