About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and tests to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards
- Identify quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reports
- Design, plan, and deliver training sessions for new hires and existing staff on quality standards
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to continuously enhance learning programs
- Collaborate with production, sales, and management teams to promote a culture of quality
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality control and training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in quality control and/or training roles
- Minimum 3 years experience in the industry
- Excellent training and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and training schedules
