Quality control and Trainer

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality control inspections and tests to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards
• Identify quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reports
• Design, plan, and deliver training sessions for new hires and existing staff on quality standards
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to continuously enhance learning programs
• Collaborate with production, sales, and management teams to promote a culture of quality
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality control and training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in quality control and/or training roles
• Minimum 3 years experience in the industry
• Excellent training and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and training schedules
