About the role
Responsibilities
- Own, implement, and continuously improve the corporate Quality Management System (QMS)
- Manage corporate Document Control and Change Control programs
- Oversee the corporate Food Safety and Quality Training Program
- Serve as the primary Quality administrator for Veeva QualityOne
- Provide governance for CAPAs, deviations, non-conformances, and OOS events
- Analyze complaint trending and quality data to identify systemic risks
- Support internal, customer, regulatory, and certification audits
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing QMS in regulated food, dietary supplement, or consumer health environments
- Working knowledge of FDA requirements, including 21 CFR Part 111 and cGMPs
- Experience with document control, change control, training systems, and CAPA
- Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS), preferably Veeva QualityOne
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of Quality Systems/Quality Assurance experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of GFSI/SQF quality and food safety system requirements
- Certifications in auditing, HACCP, SQF/GFSI, root cause analysis, or CAPA
