Radar Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product and business strategy for transportable radar products, including vision, roadmap, and market positioning
• Develop deep understanding of customer missions, workflows, and procurement behavior in the space domain
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear system capabilities and prioritized development work
• Partner with radar, hardware, software, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Define packaging, pricing, and service models for radar offerings
• Monitor product and operational metrics to measure customer outcomes and radar performance
• Lead product launches and internal enablement for customer-facing teams
• Evaluate competing sensing solutions and emerging radar technologies to identify new opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical systems (hardware, software, sensing)
• Professional experience in the space industry, aerospace, defense, or national security
• Proven track record of owning products from market discovery through deployment and iteration
• Strong ability to connect product decisions to revenue opportunities and company strategy
• Experience engaging directly with customers to validate opportunities and uncover needs
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical engineering teams and executive audiences
