RCM Project Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational, financial, and reimbursement data for the RCM division
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making
• Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement related to denials, appeals, and reimbursement
• Create and maintain dashboards and report solutions in Power BI
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of RCM initiatives and operational improvement projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are tracked and achieved
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve reporting automation and data accessibility

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, business analysis, or data analytics
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity and operational decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with healthcare reimbursement, claims, denials, appeals, billing, or accounts receivable processes
