About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Formulation Specialist during product development activities
- Review formulation information and prepare comparison summaries
- Coordinate stability and compatibility studies with external laboratories
- Maintain formulation files and technical documentation
- Communicate with suppliers and contract manufacturers regarding samples and technical documentation
- Perform basic in-house evaluations including pH and viscosity measurements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field
- 1-2 years of experience in cosmetics, personal care, or laboratory environments preferred
- Basic understanding of cosmetic ingredients and formulation principles
- Familiarity with the cosmetic product development process
- Experience using laboratory equipment such as pH meters and viscometers is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

What we look for
