About the role
Responsibilities
- Formulate, test and evaluate coatings, binders and raw materials
- Ensure products meet quality standards, procedures and regulations
- Plan and carry out projects with guidance from managers
- Report and communicate results verbally and in writing
- Follow HSEQ procedures and maintain a safe workplace
Requirements
- Bachelor with 4+ years experience or Master with 2+ years experience
- Protective coatings formulation knowledge, including binder systems and curing chemistries
- Performance validation experience such as weathering, corrosion and accelerated testing
- Knowledge of internationally accepted test methods and standards
- Ability to manage tasks and projects independently
- Proficient in verbal and written English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of fire protection coatings
