About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for students who stopped out before completing a degree
- Lead outreach to students, including calling contacts and prioritized segments
- Understand challenges students encountered and what stands in the way of returning
- Guide students to the right readmission pathway at the appropriate UNC System institution
