React Native Intern

Valura.ai is a fintech and wealth-tech platform building next-generation AI-powered investment and wealth management infrastructure. The company provides a mobile-first ecosystem for global investment opportunities, including equities, ETFs, and mutual funds.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android
• Develop responsive fintech user interfaces including portfolio dashboards and onboarding systems
• Integrate REST APIs and WebSocket-based real-time systems for live market feeds
• Optimize app performance, rendering, and network efficiency
• Implement fintech-grade security best practices and secure authentication
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers

Requirements

• Strong understanding of React Native
• Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Understanding of React Hooks and component lifecycle
• Experience working with REST APIs and async programming
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows
• Understanding of responsive mobile UI development
• Strong analytical and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fintech or investment applications
• Knowledge of Push notifications (FCM/APNs)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• App Store & Play Store deployment experience
