About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead warm 10-15 minute introductory calls with readers
- Identify promising stories and recommend content format and involvement level
- Capture future story ideas and invite reader introductions
- Ask readers for local business recommendations for magazine features
- End calls with clear next steps and follow-up
- Give content production teams clear handoff notes
- Keep reader and opportunity records current in monday.com
