Description We are seeking ambitious Freelance Property Sales Agents to join our expanding team. As a freelance agent with us, you will have the flexibility to work remotely or from our offices in Dubai and the UK, managing your schedule to maximize your earnings through commission-based incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers and renters.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related real estate matters.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and developments in Dubai and the UK.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to facilitate repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Hold a valid freelance visa allowing you to work independently in Dubai and/or the UK.
• Proven track record in real estate sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking abilities with a proactive approach to lead generation.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets, regulations, and trends.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
