  • Support deal sourcing workflows through research and outreach
  • Manage calendars, reminders, and task lists
  • Assist with marketing support such as listing updates and email coordination

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate, sales support, admin, or customer service
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and task management tools
  • Ability to follow structured SOPs and scripts
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented mindset
