About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls via the switchboard
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Manage mail collection, delivery, and mailroom allocation
- Maintain the guest reservation system
- Track international calls and faxes for accounting purposes
- Maintain up-to-date telephone lists and staff location records
- Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and collating
- Arrange public transportation for guests upon request
Requirements
