Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally
• Maintain a welcoming and professional reception environment
• Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing and tracking office supplies
• Liaise with vendors and support vendor management activities
• Assist with HR administrative tasks such as employee documentation and records management
• Maintain accurate filing systems and administrative records
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using MS Office tools
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Previous experience in reception, administration, or office coordination roles
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and MS Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with a neutral accent
• Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
