About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for external and internal persons, clients and staff
- Receive and greet all visitors and handle inquiries and complaints
- Answer multi-line telephones, set appointments, sort mail and keep records
- Perform data entry, filing and preparation of monthly MIS
- Support access control by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes
Requirements
- English and Arabic language skills
- Good administration and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle difficult personalities
- Knowledge of locations within the UAE
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree in business, languages, economics or marketing
