Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist students, instructors, visitors, and walk-in enquiries professionally
• Handle incoming calls, emails, enquiries, and reception-related administrative tasks
• Support student enquiries, course information, registrations, payments, and other front-desk activities
• Work closely with the Course Coordination team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide coordination and administrative support during team members' leave or absence
• Maintain accurate records and manage reception cash handling
• Coordinate with Sales, Academic, and other departments to ensure efficient communication

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a similar customer service role
• Mandatory education industry experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn systems such as ZOHO
• A professional, proactive, and flexible approach with the ability to multitask
