Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers upon arrival
• Operate the telephone switchboard and direct calls
• Arrange service appointments and conduct reminder calls
• Handle incoming enquiries and provide general information
• Manage internal and external calls and mail distribution
• Support the Service Team with administrative and secretarial duties
• Maintain a professional and clean reception area

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in receptionist or customer service roles
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma
• Fluency in English (Arabic preferred)
• Proficiency in standard computer applications
• Ability to use telephone systems and office equipment
