Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations via phone, email, and in-person
• Answer client inquiries regarding services, pricing, and promotions
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Handle cash, card payments, and maintain accurate transaction records
• Assist with inventory management and order supplies as needed
• Support marketing activities and client retention initiatives

Requirements

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a salon or hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with appointment management software
• Fluency in English
