Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers
• Answer telephone calls and guest queries regarding promotions, room prices, and local activities
• Process reservations, cancellations, and payments according to cash handling procedures
• Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships
• Drive online guest feedback and manage name mentions
• Perform general office duties including correspondence, emails, and filing
• Maintain reception stock and supplies
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments
• Ensure guest safety in line with company guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience as a Hotel Receptionist in a Front Office department
• Proficiency in Opera PMS
• Fluency in Arabic (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure both independently and in a team
