About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the right departments
- Welcome visitors, issue passes and maintain visitor logs
- Monitor the company email address and route external queries
- Arrange meeting rooms, handle mail and courier packages
- Coordinate indirect procurement for the office such as travel and rentals
- Order and control office supplies and reconcile monthly usage
- Support safety, health and environment compliance with the HSEQ Coordinator
- Assist with facilities budgets, forecasting and access control with IT
Requirements
- Degree in administration or a related discipline
- 2 to 5 years in a professional office environment
- Proven experience as a facilities coordinator, office administrator or assistant
- Experience with MS Office tools and switchboard handling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a multinational company
