Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering (backend, full-stack, infra, ML), GTM (sales, CS, marketing), and G&A roles
  • Build a repeatable, data-driven hiring engine including pipeline generation, interview loops, and closing strategies
  • Develop Allium’s talent brand through outbound campaigns and creative sourcing
  • Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria
  • Manage recruiting tools, systems, and analytics to introduce scalable processes
  • Serve as a culture carrier to help shape hiring philosophy and operational rigor during early growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven experience in high-growth startup environments
  • Demonstrated ability to hire both technical and GTM roles with high talent bars
  • Track record of building and operating early-stage recruiting systems from scratch
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills and exceptional communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive in 0→1 environments and operate autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience setting up ATS systems, compensation frameworks, or employer branding
  • Experience working in Web3 or crypto-native companies
