About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide top quality employee experience to the real estate group across onboarding, performance, employee relations and offboarding
- Serve as initial point of contact for real estate employees with HR questions
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures supporting real estate goals
- Advise managers and employees on conflict resolution, performance management, leave accommodations and policy interpretation
- Build relationships with employees and real estate management
- Support the Director of Talent and People Ops Consultant on strategic projects
Requirements
- 3+ years in human resources, people operations or related field
- Experience in human resource management across multiple states
- Experience working within real estate or related field teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Experience with Rippling or a comparable HRIS
