Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end operational and strategic recruitment process for local markets
  • Create job ads, conduct proactive candidate searches, screening, and interviews
  • Perform reference checks and feedback sessions
  • Build strong relationships with sales and delivery managers
  • Provide candidate handholding from application through to job start and beyond
  • Identify and develop new sourcing channels for potential candidates
  • Process candidate requests and provide relevant information

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) written and verbal
  • Knowledge of social media and ability to use it effectively for recruitment
  • Willingness to use personal social media profiles for work purposes
  • Understanding of the mentality and culture of the target market
  • Experience in sales or recruitment is a plus
  • Experience in an international environment or living abroad is a plus
