Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for trading positions, from candidate profiles to offers
• Source candidates via paid platforms, alternative sourcing and internal talent pool
• Conduct structured, behavioral-indicator interviews using evaluation scorecards
• Work with ATS, recruitment analytics, metrics and hiring forecasts
• Help develop competency matrices for trading-related roles
• Partner with business stakeholders on workforce planning up to six months ahead

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience, in-house or agency
• Proactive, initiative-driven approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence using modern digital recruitment tools
